Your selection is stored in the cloud.
After your action, your topic profile and saved items are stored in PostgreSQL at Neon (Frankfurt region). A protected browser cookie associates the data with your browser. Previous browser storage is removed after successful migration.
Current status
The website does not load external fonts, analytics tools or marketing trackers. You can delete your profile on the profile page and saved items in the feed. Form data is not transmitted without a connected service.

Cloud services
Vercel serves the website and API. GitHub Actions retrieves sources. For enabled AI assessments, questions and relevant source metadata are sent to OpenAI; access keys remain on the server. Profiles are not sent to the AI service.
Still to be completed
Hosting data processing, server logs, legal bases, retention periods, recipients, processor arrangements and data subject rights still need to be documented for the services actually used. This is not yet a complete privacy policy.
